35 gold medals at the Ukrainian Cup under the leadership of coach Levon Ohanesian
Our team performed brilliantly at the Ukrainian Cup, winning 35 gold medals, 8 silver and 1 bronze. This incredible result was made possible by the merger of two strong teams - the Lyceum named after "Heroiv Krut" and the club "Asket" under the leadership of coach Levon Oganesyan. It was a real symbiosis of characters, strength of spirit and professional training, created for one goal - to break all records. That is why the first team place was a completely natural result of hard work and dedication to the common cause. First of all, I would like to especially mention Bogonis Danylo, who quickly burst into our kickboxing industry and has already managed to establish himself as one of the most productive athletes in the hall, we wish him not to stop there and continue to confidently step towards his dream. We should also single out Ivan Andryukhanov, who from competition to competition demonstrates iron discipline and constant work on himself. His perseverance regularly brings well-deserved fruits in the form of gold medals at tournaments of various levels. Oleksiy Frolov also deserves special attention, who had a brilliant duel at the gala dinner, and added a gold medal to the piggy bank of “Asket” and our entire joint result. This Cup of Ukraine has become a vivid example of how a team under proper leadership achieves success thanks to unity and coordinated work, and not the stardom of individual athletes. This was the last tournament of the current season, so very soon we will summarize the record results of the year and note the brightest moments.
ASKET - WE ARE BACK WITH VICTORIA!
On November 28–30, the Asket team took part in the All-Ukrainian tournament “Kyiv Region Cup” in the city of Bucha. This time, 17 of our athletes entered the ring — each with character, will and desire to prove the level of our club with actions, not words. So, our achievements: 23 gold medals 12 silver 5 bronze During two intense days of competition, our team played 65 matches, 40 of which ended in victory, and confidently took the 2nd team place in the tournament. We would like to separately note: - Julian Wozniak and Rostyslav Rudkovsky — who were recognized as the best athletes of the tournament and awarded cups. - Oleg Rudkovsky — who was awarded a cup for his will to win. And also Julian Wozniak's early victory in the elite amateur match — confidently, technically with no chance for the opponent. ТOk, in the title fight for the Ukrainian Champion belt we lost. But this is not the end - it is motivation to become stronger. Let's analyze. Let's come back. Let's take ours. We express our sincere gratitude to the tournament organizer Volodymyr Sotin - the level of the event was impressive, professional, international in scale. We are glad to be a part of such an event. A replacement in the title fight
In the professional title fight for the Ukrainian Champion belt, there was a change of opponent. Due to the injury of the representative of the Kharkiv region, Oleksandr Chursin, Yuriy Koreneev, an athlete of the Kyiv regional kickboxing center "ISKA", will enter the ring, who will box against our athlete Dmytro Andrusiv. Ascetics at the airsoft tournament: tactics, team spirit and new experience
Our guys from the Asket Thai Boxing and Kickboxing Club took part in a cool airsoft event organized by the NGO "Shadow". It was not just a tournament - it was a real experience of teamwork, mutual support and development. We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to: - communicate with like-minded people; - hear the right narratives and motivation, important for young people; - develop sportsmanship, determination and character; The organization was at the highest level - from communication to the event itself. We felt support, clarity and professionalism in every detail. PROFESSIONAL FIGHT FOR THE TITLE OF ISKA CHAMPION OF UKRAINE!
The representative of the club "Asket" Dmytro Andrusiv will fight for the title of the ISKA Ukrainian Kickboxing Champion! On November 30, 2025, a professional fight for the title of the ISKA Ukrainian Champion among men in the weight category up to 60 kg will take place in the city of Bucha as part of the ISKA All-Ukrainian Kickboxing Competition. In this title fight, the following will be fought: Dmytro ANDRUSIV (Lviv) against Olexandr CHURSIN (Kharkiv). This will be an important event for Ukrainian kickboxing and another stage in the sports career of our fighter, who represents the Asket club at a professional level. According to the results of the Ukrainian Kickboxing Cup, our club's athlete Dovgun Maksym (coach — Levon Ohanesian) fulfilled the standard for Candidate for Master of Sports of Ukraine in ISKA kickboxing! This is another step forward in Maxim's sports career. We sincerely congratulate the athlete and his coach, we wish them not to stop at what they have achieved and continue to persistently move towards new goals. A Spectacular Ukrainian Cup, But Without the Main Title
Under the leadership of Levon Ohanesyan , our Asket club achieved one of the best results in its history at the Ukrainian Kickboxing Cup, securing second place among 51 clubs . Medal tally: 24 gold medals 14 silver medals 6 bronze medals At the same time, in the title fight for the Ukrainian Championship belt, we were defeated. This served as an important reminder: even with strong team results, the main goal of the competition requires maximum focus. We are working on our mistakes and hope to have a rematch in the near future. The tournament also saw a true precedent. Sixteen-year-old Yulian Voznyak competed in the adult 18+ category, which included 10 participants, and won first place, becoming the Ukrainian Cup Champion among adults. Overall, he fought 7 matches in the tournament, finishing 4 of them early, and claimed first place in several divisions. Oleg Rudkovskyi was equally impressive, competing in 6 matches and winning all of them early, earning first places in multiple divisions. Oleksiy Frolov also won 6 matches and became a Ukrainian Cup Champion among adults . In addition, seven more athletes from our club earned the title of Ukrainian Cup Champion at the tournament: Maksym Dovhun, Nikita Burov, Natalia Leskiv, Yulian Voznyak, Maksym Andrusiv, and Roman Kuspis. Our athletes at Lviv Sport City
Yesterday, Lviv hosted the Lviv Sport City sports festival, dedicated to the Day of Physical Culture and Sports. The event brought together hundreds of participants and fans, and we are glad that we had the opportunity to represent our club at this sports festival. At this festival, under the leadership of coach Levon Hovhannesyan, six athletes from the Asket club, as well as one athlete from the Heroes Krut Lyceum, entered the ring. All of them held high-quality fights and demonstrated a high level of training, technique, and willpower. Such events are not only competitions, but also a great opportunity to popularize our favorite sport among young people and residents of the city. We are proud of everyone who entered the ring and adequately represented their club! Dmytro Andrusiv – Vice-Champion of Germany WFMC 2025
Our athlete Dmitry Andrusiv once again confirmed his high level of training, performing brilliantly at the German WFMC 2025 Championship. Dmitry entered the ring three times within half an hour and held extremely difficult, Extremely quickly moving into adult sport, Dmitry wins his second title, this time Vice-Champion of Germany WFMC 2025. Two teams led by Levon Ohanesian join forces for new sporting achievements
The Thai Boxing and Kickboxing Club "Asket" is pleased to announce important news: from now on, coach Levon Ohanesian will work with two teams at once. Along with the pupils of our club, he also headed the team of the Heroes Krut Lyceum, forming a separate team of young athletes. Both teams under the leadership of Levon Ohanesian will perform at competitions, representing their teams and joining forces to achieve new sporting results. Such a step opens up new prospects for the development of young fighters, strengthens team interaction and will contribute to the growth of the level of skill of athletes. The Asket Club joined the celebration of Military Intelligence Day in Lviv
Today, an event was held on the Field of Mars in Lviv to honor the hero scouts who gave their lives for Ukraine. The event was organized by the GO "Tin". Pupils and coaches of the Thai boxing club "Asket" also took part in this day of remembrance. For us, this is not just an opportunity to be present - it is an important part of educating the younger generation. We are convinced that sports and educating patriotic values should go hand in hand. Honoring fallen soldiers is a reminder of true strength, courage and self-sacrifice. We are grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to join the event and together pay tribute to those who defended our country.

A soldier from the Paragon Comp unit of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry visited our club. He gave us a flag with the signatures of the soldiers who are defending Ukraine today. Today, a significant and solemn event took place in our club: athlete Natalia Leskiv was officially introduced to the Asket Team. Natalia Leskiv is a World Champion, Six-time Champion of Ukraine, Master of Sports of International Class, whose titles were won under the mentorship of Levon Oganesyan. An athlete with significant achievements, professional experience and a vivid example of true dedication to sports. For her high sporting achievements and significant contribution to the development of martial arts, Natalia was the first among the active athletes to join the Asket Team and officially received the title of team captain. During the ceremony, our partners solemnly presented Natalia with the Asket Team belt with the unique serial number AT:02 — a unique copy that will forever remain a symbol of deep respect and recognition of her achievements. We also honored our partners: each of them was presented with a special commemorative coin engraved with Asket Team — as a symbol of belonging to the team and the strength of our partnership. A new stage of development: we are opening a new page in the history of kickboxing in the Lviv
Friends, we want to share important news with you. Our team is officially ending cooperation with the Triumph Martial Arts Club, under whose auspices we have worked for the past few years. It is important to emphasize that this decision was made on an absolutely peaceful, friendly and mutually respectful basis. We are grateful for the path we have traveled together and the support we have received. To record our intentions and demonstrate openness, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding. In this document, we officially certified that we have no claims to each other, and we believe that our further steps will only enhance the development of kickboxing in the region. 📸 In the photo - the moment of signing the memorandum and shaking hands as symbols of respect and understanding. From now on, we will develop as a separate sports club, and are already actively working on new directions, trainings, tournaments and initiatives. But the main goal remains the same - the development of kickboxing in the Lviv region, attracting young people to sports and forming a healthy, strong community.
