Our training camp in Dragobrat has officially come to an end.
During the current camp, the athletes of the Asket club conducted intensive training in high-altitude conditions, working on improving technical and tactical skills, developing physical endurance, strength and character. The busy schedule includes three training sessions a day, morning runs, functional training and recovery in the pool.
The mountain air, discipline, team spirit and daily work helped each participant take another step towards their own sporting goal. We thank all the athletes for their dedication, parents for their trust, partners for their support.
A new stage of training is ahead. Starting from June 22, we will return to training according to the usual schedule at the Asket club in Lviv.
